Rakhi Sawant At Koffee With Karan

Rakhi Sawant appeared in an episode of season 2 of the show Koffee with Karan, in 2007. The season 2 of the show was aired on Star One then. The introductory line that Karan Johar said for Rakhi in the starting of the show were too warm and magnificent. He said, " She is truly a household name today. Now Whether she went about it the right way or the wrong way, who are we to judge, who are we to say, because at the end of the day, her popularity is unprecedented. Ridicule her, mock her, love her, whatever you do, you can't ignore her. Please welcome the girl of the season Rakhi Sawant". Rakhi Sawant then entered the sets draped in a Saree with an halterneck blouse. She was looking absolutely stunning with her gorgeous shimmering Saree and long lock of hair failing over her shoulder from one side.

The Saree Rakhi was wearing on the show was designed by Manish Malhotra and this fact she did not fail to mention that wearing the Saree she was feeling no less than Sushmita Sen, Rani Mukherjee, Preity Zinta or Kajol. Karan showed his warmth to Rakhi by apologizing for mocking at her some time back, when he was not aware of her straight forward nature. He further appreciated her show and said that through the show Big Boss he came to know that Rakhi was a sweet and innocent child, who always spoke her mind.

Rakhi Sawant Tries To Seduce Rani Mukherjee!

Well you must be wondering what is this blogger up to. I am not giving you any offending information. Moreover Rakhi also has straight orientations. Its just that in the movie Hadippa, Rakhi plays a girl who falls in love with a boy(sardar), impersonated by Rani Mukherjee. This love struck Rakhi then expresses her love for this Rani turned boy ending up in a comic item number. The movie actually stars Rani Mukherjee opposite Shahid Kapoor and Rani plays a sardar for a scene or two in the movie.

The song is hilarious with Rakhi wanting to get closer to Rani, and a horrified Rani running away from her. After the shot, Rakhi could often be heard teasing Rani about it and both would have a good laugh. The movie is being produced by Yash Raj Films and the film is expected to rejuvenate the careers of Rani Mukherjee and Yash Raj clan. The verdict of the film is yet to be known. We can just hope it does well. For Rakhi this item number surely is one of its kind.

Rakhi Sawant And Vidya Balan Are Good Friends

Rakhi Sawant and Vidya Balan's friendship began last year when Rakhi Sawant warmly welcomed her guest Vidya Balan on her show, The Rakhi Sawant Showz. Vidya was impressed with Rakhi's new avatar and commented that Rakhi was simple, witty and straight forward in asking questions. Rakhi's questions impressed her so much that Vidya could not stop raving about Rakhi. Vidya was even heard saying, "I really like Rakhi for the way she has made a place for herself. Rakhi Sawant-Gone Under The Knife Or Not?

One very interesting topic of discussion regarding the life of Rakhi Sawant is that Rakhi has under gone surgery for face and body toning. But this information was totally refuted by Rakhi and her acquaintances. When this article was published in the local Mumbai tabloid one of Rakhi's well-connected PR said that,"Rakhi has not undergone any facial surgery or any kind of artificial treatment recently. She hasn't been under the knife as incorrectly reported. It was just a different kind of look that the Item Queen and enigmatic actress was trying out,". Rakhi too denied by saying that she had not undergone any treatments of such sort.

Rakhi's official spokesperson Flynn Remedios said that Rakhi was just wearing a natural French-style make-up for a refreshing look for her new film. He further said that Rakhi had even taken classes from phirangi make-artists and stylists and wanted to try out the effect on herself. He confirmed that Rakhi had not gone under the knife. Currently Rakhi is quite exhausted because of continuous rehearsals and she is also facing the strain of her sour relationship with Abhishek Awasthi, her ex-boyfriend. Rakhi said openly, "My relationship with Abhishek is over. We all have to move on in life. Life goes on and disappointment and failure is all part of the growing up process. I have moved on and put the past behind me. Abhishek is a closed chapter in my life and I do not want to discuss him ever again".

Well whatever it be, we just hope that her new look is well appreciated and liked by all.

Mika Still Not Cured From Rakhi Syndrome

You must all be remembering the famous kiss controversy that occurred in 2006, when Rakhi had attended Mika Singh's birthday party. Rakhi had accused Mika of forcibly kissing her during the party. Rakhi had even filed a case against Mika accusing him of sexual assault. Soon after this case Rakhi participated in the reality show Big Boss, that was aired on Sony Entertainment channel, towards the end of 2006. It was during this time that Mika composed an album along with the Meet Brothers, named ‘Bhai Tune Pappi Kyu Le’. The title song of the album was a sarcastic remark on the controversy.

The latest news is that the war that had started then, is not yet complete and Mika has not been able to for go the acquisitions put by Rakhi. Recently Mika released another album along with Arshi at The Club, Juhu. During this event Mika was continuously cracking jokes on Rakhi Sawant. He even cracked a joke on his director Amarjeet Sawant. He stated that though Amarjeet and Rakhi had the same surname, Amarjeet had no connection with Rakhi. Mika further said that his body gaurds had mistaken Abhijeet as Rakhi Sawant's brother and thus were ready to bash him.

From this incident I can only say that both him and his body gaurds are still suffering from Rakhi Sawant Syndrome.

Rakhi Sawant on Boogie Woogie

Last month on 28th, Rakhi Sawant appeared on the show Boogie Woogie. She graced the show with her fantastic dancing skills and her fabulous short and trimmed dress. Rakhi Sawant who is known as a fabulous dancer and highly talented bombshell of bollywood appeared on Boogie Woogie Nache Taare Zammen Par, for the first time as one of the judges. Rakhi was here to encourage the children participating in the show because she loved children.

Rakhi Sawant has struggled very hard in making a place in Bollywood and that too without any Godfather. Rakhi Sawant has struggled a lot and has also been projected many times, in a wrong way. The main problem is her blunt way of speaking that actually gets her into trouble. But Rakhi is surely different and better from all those people in Bollywood who present themselves as perfect role models or home bodies or next door girls, but in real are shocking.

One more thing that give air to controversies related to Rakhi is the outfits she wears at different occasions. The same thing happened when Rakhi made an appearance on the kids show Naache Taare Zameen Par on Boogie Woogie, on 28th February. Her outfit on the show created ripples. According to many of the viewers, Rakhi's outfit was something that degraded her character. She wore a dress that not according to the standards of a kids show. The most surprising thing was that Boogie Woogie's directors and anchors did not object to it. Rakhi would have definitely looked beautiful in a Saree or in some Indian dress.

But the rest was fine and she was a darling by nature. She loves kids so much that she encouraged them and danced with them. She even did not express her displeasure towards other actors of the film industry, like many other Bollywood Celebrities do. She just made it a point to enjoy with the kids. We just hope that next time she appears some kids show like this she comes properly dressed.

Rakhi Sawant Says 'It's the public that's undressing me'

Rakhi Sawant, the item girl, once made a statement that she wanted a make-over. She made this statement when she signed the new semi-autobiographical Broadway-style Bollywood musical called Balti Devi: Queen Of Southall. Rakhi even said that if she wanted she could make people weep through her performance, like Meena Kumari. She quoted that "I live in India and I do feel uncomfortable with my image sometimes. Whatever I've done so far is because the public demanded it. It's the public that's undressing me". Rakhi also stated that many of the actresses from Bollywood had messaged her asking her about the reason, why she dressed up the way she usually did. She was heard saying "What right do they have to question me? Why can't a nice clean film like 'Swami' click? And why can't I be cast in roles like Smita Patil? Even she did hot scenes".

Rakhi Sawant's role in Budha Mar Gaya was a well promoted role. But the role was shunned by many viewers and the film was a super flop. Once when she was asked about the film she said "I'm made to behave and dress in a certain way because of who I am. I was pulled up for making love with older men like Anupam Kherji, Om Puriji and Prem Chopraji in Buddha Mar Gaya. If I did the same way scenes with Shah Rukh Khan, people would applaud."

Now talking about the film, in which Rakhi has undergone a change from her usual character. This film will be directed by the legendary actor Shammi Kapoor's son Mickey Kapoor of Sambar Salsa and Don't Stop Dreaming fame. Balti Devi is actually a story of a poor Southall girl who dances and sings her way to stardom. Mickey Kapoor claimed that he could not find any other perfect match for the role of Balti Devi because the film's story somehow resembles Rakhi's own life story. Through the film Rakhi Sawant got the opportunity to dance and sing.

Now what she achieves and how much her new avtar is appreciated, will soon be known to us. We just hope that her new avtar is actually different and is appreciated, so that she stops accusing public for undressing her!

Rakhi Puts Effort To Become A Serious Actor!

Rakhi Sawant was recently accused of hurting the feelings of the people of Buddhist religion. She was reported to have posed in a bathtub against a statue of Lord Buddha in one of her raunchy vedios on a TV show. A complaint has been filed against her in Maharashtra’s Amaravati district by a Buddhist group. The group even burnt her effigy and raised slogans against her.

The case has been filed under Section 295 of the Indian Penal Code for intending to insult a religion. But the police have not yet taken any action. But after this accusation and many others Rakhi has now decided to change her image and rise in the eyes of the people. She no longer wants to be the item girl. In the process of redefining herself as a serious actor, Rakhi appeared on TV talk show Koffee with Karan which actually helped her in gaining respectability with the audience as well as the film industry.

Do you remember the the model who shook a leg with Rakhi Sawant, in the music video for the remixed song Pardesia from the the album Pardesia? He is the same model turned actor who started his film career with the movie Dhoka in 2007. Well you must be wonder what about him. Ya I am coming to the point. The actual thing is that Muzamil Ibrahim and his family members think that Rakhi Sawant is a lucky charm for Muzamil. The reason for thinking like this is that after winning a the Gladrags Manhunt Contest 2003, he did his first music video Pardesia with Rakhi. This music video was a super success and it earned him a lot of positive reviews.



Now he is all ready and to shake a leg again with Rakhi in his first commercial movie Horn Ok Pleassss. This film is being produced by Abdul Sami Siddiqui. He further said that the moment his family members were told this they were very happy about it. Describing Rakhi as a person, Muzamil also said that," I think she has a very different kind of energy and that is the reason for her success. Since my first album with her till now, Rakhi has really moved ahead in her career. But, as a person, she is still as sweet. I am so happy that I got the chance to dance with her in the movie".

Well how lucky she is for him, can only be known when the movie is released. For now we can only wish both of them for their movie.

Rakhi Sawant and Ameesha Patel seem to be on war these days. This war was started by Ameesha Patel only. Ameesha Patel is flying high after doing films with big stars of Bollywood like Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Salman Khan, Govinda, Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Rakhi Sawant's Ex-Boyfriend Dating Another Girl!

A few days back it was a heard that item girl Rakhi Sawant's ex-boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi fell in love with another girl. The girl is no other than the Actress-dancer Shradha Sharma. But Shradha denied all the link up rumors and further stated that Abhishek was not of his type. She mentioned that the relationship between her and Abhishek was that of friendship and nothing else and he could never be her boyfriend. She said that she is hot according to guys and thus everyone of them want to associate their names with hers. It was the problem of the guys and not hers and she had no time for all these not so important stuff. She rather is interested in concentrating on her work.

Shradha is a daily soap actress and she has appeared and earned popularity with serials like Suno Har Dil Kuch Kehta Hai and Saarthi. She then left the small screen temporarily to join Bollywood. She has big dreams like working with David Dhawan and entertain the audience. Shradha has recently performed with Rakhi Sawant and Sameera Reddy, at an event. She said in her praise that when she performed the audience were aghast on seeing her perform and liked her performance so much that they asked her to perform once more.

When Rakhi was asked about Shradha, Rakhi openly accused Shradha by saying that Shradha was a boyfriend stealer and supported her boyfriend Abhishek. She even said that Shradha was responsible for her break up with Abhishek. Rakhi claimed that Shradha intentionally wore tight clothes to workout at the gym where both Shradha and Abhishek used to work out. All this while Rakhi was busy in her show traveling and Abhishek was busy with his serial so they both had no time to talk and spend with each other. She said that it was during this time only Shradha attracted Abhishek with her small dresses. Concluding her remarks she said that now if Abhishek comes back to her, she will not accept him and she hopes that God would now teach him a lesson for dumping her.

Rakhi Sawant Angry With Divya Dutta!

You must have heard about the Star Plus reality show Arre Deewano Mujhe Pehchano, as the most clean and controversy free tv show. The show was promoted to be having these qualities. But the news is that, in its second week itself the show has displayed its true colors. The celebrities in this show have proved this that the show is not different from the rest of the reality shows. The celebrities on the show include Mandira Bedi, Mona Singh, Gulshan Grover, Mahesh Manjarekar, Divya Dutta, Rakhi Sawant and others.

The controversy that stained this image of the show includes Divya Dutta and our very own controversy queen Rakhi Sawant. Rakhi Sawant fired her anger back at Divya Dutta after Divya passed some undesirable, below-the-belt remarks on Rakhi. Divya was doing an act in which she was in the guise of a little girl, and commented that she being a little girl won't speak about Rakhi as her father says that ‘Rakhis is for Adults Only’. Rakhi took this comment to heart and said that it was a personal insult. Rakhi further said that she had a huge amount of fans who are kids and such a comment could have an effect on her fans, because it represented her darker personality.

Divya Dutta felt sorry and apologized to Rakhi, but Rakhi did not calm down and continued arguing with Divya. Finally Mahesh Manjarekar had to intervene and control the situation. Mahesh Manjarekar also disapproved of the personal comments actors give, about each other and warned the actors not to use such remarks during their acts. He said, “This would spoil everybody’s mood and will affect the working environment in the show”.

For now the actors are taking special care not make such objectionable remarks. But this is just the beginning of the show. We are waiting for more controversies to occur!!
